Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return:

1. Once cancelled or order returned, the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 10 to 15 working days.​

2. No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect within 2 days. You can send the item you consider defective to Swastipally, Plot No – 704, Joteram PO, Burdwan (East) 713101.​

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.​

Refund:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Cancellation:

You as a customer you can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
